Important note:
The room rates shown below are part of the Winter Clinics room block. The hotel will honor these prices on available block rooms, if booked before January 18, 2012. However, due to the program being held during President's Day Week, it is suggested to make reservations as early as possible!

- The Wildwood Lodge $169.00

Extra person charge is $25 per person/per night.
Children under 12 stay free in parent's room.
Rollaway's are $25/night and cribs are free.

Check-in time is 4pm. | Check-out time is 11am.
Complimentary Aspen airport shuttle offered. Inquire with hotel.

LIFT TICKETS
You can purchase discounted lift tickets through Blazing Adventures. Download this form, fill out and send to Blazing Adventures. You are also offered a 35% discount on equipment rentals through Aspen Snowmass Four-Mountain Sports.

EQUIPMENT RENTALS
You can rent equipment from the ski shop conveniently located inside the Silvertree Hotel, Snowmass Sports.

* Save 30% by booking equipment rental ahead of time online! Simply follow these directions:

1. Visit www.SnowmassSports.com
2. Click on "Groups" (down the list on the left side of the webpage)
3. Enter Group Name: mayfield
4. Enter Password: Feb12
5. You will see various package pricing options. Click on "Start Rental" to begin filling out online form.
6. When you are finished, an email will be sent to you confirming the booking.
7. Print out a copy and bring to the Snowmass Sports shop.
