Dr. Paul Cohen joins Mayfield Clinic & Spine Institute

CINCINNATI–Paul Cohen, MD, a neurosurgeon, has joined the Mayfield Clinic & Spine Institute, providing his expertise to the northeastern Cincinnati area.

Dr. Cohen treats a wide range of neurological conditions and diseases. In addition to performing general neurosurgery, he has particular interest in the surgical treatment of spinal diseases and disorders.

In addition to treating patients, Dr. Cohen is affiliated with The Neuroscience Institute. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS), Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS), and Mayfield Society. He is board eligible with the American Board of Neurological Surgeons.

Dr. Cohen received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1996, completed his neurosurgery residency at UC and the Mayfield Clinic in 2002, and continued his training with a fellowship in the treatment of spinal diseases and disorders at Advanced Neurospine Specialists in Norfolk , Va. He was in practice with Hampton Roads Neurosurgery and Spine Center in Newport News, Va. , from 2003 to 2005.
