The Mayfield Clinic of Cincinnati, Ohio, has treated hundreds of thousands of patients since its establishment in 1937 by Frank H. Mayfield, MD. Mayfield Clinic Spine Surgery Center
The Mayfield Spine Surgery Center offers same-day surgery and procedures for patients whose spine problems can be treated without an overnight stay. The state-of-the-art center supports three operating rooms and a pain procedure suite in a comfortable, patient-focused environment.

University of Cincinnati Department of Neurosurgery
The UC Department of Neurosurgery, which represents Mayfield's academic arm, oversees the neurosurgical residency and clinical fellowship programs, which take place concurrently at the University Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Christ Hospital, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Mayfield Spine Institute
The Mayfield Spine Institute is the largest and most experienced network of spine specialists in the Midwest. Our interdisciplinary team includes board-certified specialists in neurosurgery and physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as licensed professionals in physical therapy.

Mayfield Imaging Center
Located in the Mayfield Clinic office in Crestview Hills, Kentucky, the Mayfield Imaging Center features state-of-the-art magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology, which provides the most advanced, high-field images possible.

Precision Radiotherapy Center
A partnership of the Mayfield Clinic and University Radiation Oncology Associates, Precision Radiotherapy is the region's first center to offer high-precision radiotherapy and radiosurgery for tumors and other abnormalities both inside and outside the brain. The center is located in West Chester, Ohio, just north of Cincinnati.

University of Cincinnati (UC) Neuroscience Institute
The UC Neuroscience Institute is a regional center of excellence located at The University Hospital and the University of Cincinnati (UC) College of Medicine. An affiliate of the Mayfield Clinic, the UC Neuroscience Institute is recognized for its premier facilities and physicians, its ongoing clinical and basic science research, and its advanced training programs for neuroscience specialists. It offers comprehensive, compassionate, and state-of-the-art care for patients with diseases and disorders of the brain and nervous system.
